It was planned...as we were celebrating, and it was SO nice to eat something that was off limits mmmm...&lt;br&gt;

Back on it today :)  &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Just remember the 80:20 rule - or for diets, the 95:5 rule.... as long as 95 per cent of the time you're making the right choices, that 5 per cent of naughty good stuff (or slobbing on the sofa when you should be in the gym) won't throw you off target. &lt;br&gt;

Keep making small changes and doing the excercise. Don't be so hard on yourself. Just say 'OK', that wasn't a  great day, and start again the next.
