Well i lost 3 pound last wednesday but have been very naughty since then so am not expecting to lose this week! went to an exercise class on sunday and to the gym yesterday and will be going today and tommorow as well

I wolfed down a creme brulee last night, accompanied by a homemade shortcake biscuit! It was planned...as we were celebrating, and it was SO nice to eat something that was off limits mmmm...
Back on it today
Just remember the 80:20 rule - or for diets, the 95:5 rule.... as long as 95 per cent of the time you're making the right choices, that 5 per cent of naughty good stuff (or slobbing on the sofa when you should be in the gym) won't throw you off target.

well i was very very naughty and put back on the 3 lb last wednesday but have been alot better this week i went to the gym everyday and 2 classes at the weekend so i am happy with that and i hope i will have lost weight

Hi, I am getting married this year as well. My diet is not going well, well it was until the takeaway on Friday night and chips and vegee dunkers today, oh and the crisps, chocolate and spring rolls.
Still tomorrow is another day. Good luck!

The best bit about dieting is being naughty
Heeping it in perspective is hard though. Keep making small changes and doing the excercise. As long as you aren't eating mountains of naughty food each day you will be fine.
