Ok so i have been good today i had 3 weetabix then some grapes and a cup a soup then i had ww soup for my dinner with 2 slices of bread and a low fat yog for my tea i have jacket potato with prawns in a salad and turkey goujons and i have been for an hour walk and also went to the gym
And i also had my weigh in today and have lost 2 pound and gazz lost a pound so so far i have losr 3 pound and gazz has lost 5 hehe

My weigh day today. Might not have lost any but with all the extra walking my waist if definitely shrinking.
