OK today i have had 2 weetabix and some grapes then i had a snack of a go ahead bar i then have jacket potato with healthy living noodles then i was naughty and had a piece of quiche and a small sausage roll!! I then had salad chicken and cous Cous for my tea but then i went to my mums and that is where it all went wrong! I have 2 shortbread biscuits 2 packets of crisps and a fab!

But then i did come home and did 100 sit up 100 leg things 20 push ups 50 bum exercies and about 20 mins of my exercise dvd up untill my dvd decided to stop working

Oh well weigh in tommorow and i dont think i will have lost anything!
