  • oh no!!

    I have put on 2 pound this week which is rubbish! but it is my own fault will try harder for my next weigh in!!

    Ok so i have been good today i had 3 weetabix then some grapes and a cup a soup then i had ww soup for my dinner with 2 slices of bread and a low fat yog for my tea i have jacket potato with prawns in a salad and turkey goujons and i have been for an hour walk and also went to the gym

    And i also had my weigh in today and have lost 2 pound and gazz lost a pound so so far i have losr 3 pound and gazz has lost 5 hehe

  • oh dear

    I have not writen on here for a while as i had 2 chineses but back on track again now have not been to they gym yet tho as h2b has been so busy with uni work! we are going tonight tho i have been really good with my food so far this week and am feeling positive that i may have lost a little bit but not much due to the 2 chineses will work hard at the gym tonight we went for a long walk last night which was nice and healthy hehe! will write again later after my weight it8|

  • Hummm..........

    I dont really want to do this anymore!! but i have to or i wont fit in my wedding dress i have had a salad and 2 slices of garlic bread for my tea and had some salt and vinegar snack a jacks but i have also had 1 packet of sweets! i am going to the gym tommorow i think with my friend and am going to go to the gym monday to friday next week i really want to start a class as well anyway not doing great at the min will get back into it on monday

  • Weigh it!

    Well i lost 1 pound this week which is a bit rubbish gazz lost 4 pound so he is doing really good! only 1 stone 13 pound to go for me!! Anyway today i have had 3 weetabix, Alpen light bar and some grapes and then i had ww soup and ww bread and Jelly for my dinner and then i had a go ahead youghurt bar! For my tea i have just had a salad with chicken and oven chips! i have been to the gym and also did 10 mins on my lateral thigh trainer this morning!

  • Alot Better Day.....

    Today i have had 2 apples some grapes 2 alpen light bars ww soup and 2 slices of ww bread and some low fat jelly and then for tea i have had chicken veg jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn and i am walking to my mums which is about 45 mins away! So all in all a good day will be getting weighed tommorow!

    OK today i have had 2 weetabix and some grapes then i had a snack of a go ahead bar i then have jacket potato with healthy living noodles then i was naughty and had a piece of quiche and a small sausage roll!! I then had salad chicken and cous Cous for my tea but then i went to my mums and that is where it all went wrong! I have 2 shortbread biscuits 2 packets of crisps and a fab!

    But then i did come home and did 100 sit up 100 leg things 20 push ups 50 bum exercies and about 20 mins of my exercise dvd up untill my dvd decided to stop working

    Oh well weigh in tommorow and i dont think i will have lost anything!

  • Weekend

    This weekend has been one of the best weekends i have had in months!

    Today i had 2 crumpets for breakfast which is not too bad and then had some crisps then had my sunday dinner and then had cauliflower grills in buns for my tea which is not bad atall for me as i normally pig out loads on a weekend have not done any exercise tho but have walked the dogs with my mum

  • Good Day...

    I have had quite a good day today i have not done any exercise tho! I have had weetabix for my breakfast and then had fish fingers jacket potato and a low fat pasta thing and then for tea i had stirfry and chicken and then have just had a fitnesse bar a low fat jelly!

    We nearly just ordered dominos pizza but the computer crashed before we did it!

  • Oops

    Ok so yesterday i was doing really well i had fruit and an alpen light bar for snacks and then for dinner i had jacket potato and a weight watchers ready meal. For my tea i had spag bol made with healthy living mince so that was good but then i had pringles (nearly a whole tube) and the some skittles and a drumstick lolly! so that was bad but i did go to the gym! anyway back on it today this is my first weekend on the diet so it will be a challenge!!

  • Measurements...

    I have done my measurements this morning so thought i would write them on here

    Bust/Chest - 36
    Waist - 39
    Hips - 41
    Top of thighs both - 25
    Above knees both - 17
    Upper Arm both - 12

  • arghhh so hungry.....

    >:(Well another day woke up too late so did not have time to do my situps etc! I have been good all day and then went to the gym after work for 40 mins then i have chicken jacket potato and veg for my dinner now i am so hungry i have just had some jelly sweets so am going to go on my lateral thigh trainer to try and burn it off

  • oh no i have already slipped.....

    been to my mums and had 2 biscuits and have now come home and eaten some tuna sweetcorn and mayo which was in the fridge and some other things oh no i cant do this whole dieting thing please help:oops:

  • Another Goodish day....

    Had 2 weetabix for my breakfast then didnt have anything else until dinner when i had a low calorie jelly and a weight watchers ready meal( i was hungry 30 mins later) so will be having a jacket with it tommorow then me and gazz went to the gym not for long but it is better than not at all, we have just had our tea which was chicken, jacket potato and veg was yummy!!

  • Another Day

    I have got up early again to go on my lateral thigh trainer and do some situps! went shopping yesterday so now have healthy food in including my sugar free cranberry jelly yum!! have got weight watchers ready meals and soups for work as i have no time to prepare anything in the morning

  • Walk

    We have now also been for a walk for 30 mins which was fun!

  • First Weigh In....

    12 stone which makes my BMI 25.2 so i am officially overweight!!:**:

    Gazz: 13stone 3 lb BMI 26.8

  • Going OK so far

    We have been to the gym after i finished work and we have had pasta and cauliflower cheese grills for tea not that healthy but much much healthier than what we have been eating!:|

  • First Day

    Tried to get up a bit earlier so i could do some sit ups and 10 mins on my lateral thigh trainer which i did yey! Am now drinking hot water but i have always done this have herbal tea at work aswell! Not sure what i will have for dinner as we have no food in until we go shopping later will write again later with how the rest of my day has been wish me luck!:-/

  • Last Day Before Start of Diet

    Ok so this is our last day before starting our diet me and H2B both have weight to lose before our wedding in August i would like to be well on the way in April tho as it is my 21st Birthday! We have thrown away all of the bad food we have not managed to eat over christmas and will be going shopping for good things tommorow! I would like to lose 2 stone but would be happy with a stone to a stone and half as long as i tone up and am able to fit into my dress and all of my bikinis i have not worn for ages!! Anyway so here we go.....will weigh myself tommorow and every Tuesday from now on and will post everything on here even my bad weeks! Me and H2B have made up a rule that if we gain weight we have to put £5 away for our honeymoon!

    Anyway I hope this helps me with everything
